By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you can form a binding contract, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. The Service
Automated Worx provides tools to design, deploy, and run AI-powered agents and autonomous automation workflows ("agent loops"). Features, capabilities, and usage limits vary by plan and may change as the Service evolves. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any agents or loops you configure.
- Notify us promptly at support@automatedworx.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break the law, infringe others' rights, or violate third-party terms;
- Generate or distribute malware, spam, or deceptive, harassing, or harmful content;
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- Exceed, evade, or interfere with rate limits, usage limits, or security controls; or
- Process sensitive personal data in violation of applicable law.
5. AI-Generated Output
The Service uses third-party AI models to produce output. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, especially where automations take real-world actions (sending messages, moving data, or triggering downstream systems). We do not warrant that AI output is accurate, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
6. Fees, Plans & Usage
- Paid plans and usage-based charges are described on our pricing page. Some plans are activated by our team following a request or inquiry.
- Usage limits (such as monthly agent executions) apply per plan and are enforced by the Service.
- Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Automated Worx and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the content and inputs you provide.
8. Your Data
You retain all rights to the data you submit ("Customer Data"). You grant us the limited right to process Customer Data solely to operate and improve the Service and to route it to the AI providers necessary to fulfill your requests. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automated Worx will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
