Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-month, we'll prorate the difference.
Is there a free trial available?
Absolutely! Starter and Professional come with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. We do ask for a card up front to activate the trial, but you will not be charged until the trial ends — the subscription then auto-renews at the plan's regular price until you cancel. Cancel anytime before your trial ends and you won't be charged anything.
What integrations are included?
Slack, email/SMTP and Stripe connect natively on every plan. Anything else — your CRM, accounting, warehouse or internal API — we build as part of the engagement. Professional and Enterprise include custom integration work; see the Integrations page for detail.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! When you commit to annual billing, you save 20% on all plans. That's equivalent to getting 2.4 months free when you pay annually.
What support is included?
Starter includes email support during business hours. Professional includes priority support via email and chat. Enterprise customers get 24/7 phone and email support plus a dedicated account manager to help with strategy and implementation.
Can I import my existing automations?
Our team can help migrate your existing automations from other platforms. We provide migration support for Professional and Enterprise customers. Starter customers can export their automations in standard formats.
