How you opt in
There are two ways to start receiving texts from Metrix. Neither is a condition of any purchase.
- Sign up on this page. Use the form above: enter your name and mobile number, choose the business, and check the box agreeing to receive texts. A second, separate, optional box covers follow-up check-ins and review requests; we send those only if you check it. We save your sign-up (your number, the wording you agreed to, the time, and your device's IP address) as our record of consent, and send you one confirmation text.
- Text us first. Text one of the numbers above. By texting us you agree to receive conversational text messages from Metrix about your question, appointment or support request, and the first reply says who is texting and how to opt out. If you text us first, we may send a couple of follow-up nudges about that same conversation (for example, if you asked for a quote and then went quiet). Anything beyond that, and any review request, needs the optional follow-up box on the form above.
If you give your number to a business that uses Metrix (for example on a call, a support ticket or a contact form), that business needs your agreement before it texts you. You can sign up above at any time, and reply STOP to end texts at any time.
What you'll receive
Replies to your messages, appointment confirmations, support updates, payment links you asked for, and a sign-up confirmation. If you checked the optional box, also follow-up check-ins and review requests (up to 4 messages a month). The first reply says who is texting and how to opt out. Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
Stop or get help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will get one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@automatedworx.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile number, SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms.
